The GOLD program offers graduates:
The unique opportunity to start a career by experiencing two, cross-functional, cross-business rotational assignments based on technical skill set, job performance, Lean Sigma experience, career aspirations and business needs.

A wide range of opportunities:
During two 12-18 month assignments, GOLD associates complete the following:

  • Rotations in two different business divisions, with at least one assignment in a manufacturing setting.
  • GOLD Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) training: This is a four-week training program of intensive leadership and Lean Sigma training.
  • Participate, co-facilitate, and lead Kaizen events during first and second rotation.
  • Attend targeted Leadership Development training during second year of program.

Full-time positions (available upon program completion) are aligned for business-critical positions in the Operations and Supply Chain functions and include ELS Manager, ELS Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Planner or Supply Chain Analyst, Procurement Analyst or Team Leader.

Our goal is to select, hire, develop, and retain high-caliber talent from leading universities and deploy GOLD graduates to business-critical positions in the Operations and Supply Chain functions.
