Recruitment and Hiring Process
The application process for the LEAD program begins annually between October and June, depending on your location. In addition to learning and skill building, you will be offered a performance-based competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, engineering, logistics/supply chain management, or related discipline (e.g. science, technology, HR, Marketing, Communications)
- CGPA of 3.0 and higher.
