Earlier this year, Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions launched a new website for our North America business. It was designed to be mobile-friendly, intuitive and informative, featuring improvements in navigation, phone and tablet browsing, product information and search capabilities.
“I've been using your website for more than eight years. The new design is much easier to navigate, and information is much easier to find,” shares Lauren Cummings, N. Glantz & Son, LLC.
Products, specificationss and educational experiences are readily available for all visitors to the site, and a new ‘How-To’ section brings together video tutorials and articles, featuring tips on all types of applications, including color change, full print, vehicle and non-vehicle wraps. The improved search tool helps visitors find valuable product information, like data sheets that help graphics professionals determine if a product is appropriate for a job, right from the homepage.

The site provides a better navigation experience for smartphone and tablet users, with features that are more responsive to changes in screen size. It also features a gallery that shows off customer projects and tools to provide assistance in planning graphics applications. Each regional site is currently updated for its English language version, and other languages will be rolled out over time.

Customers responded favorably to the website in an online survey. A few highlights from the responses include:
64 percent of respondents stated they are very satisfied with their experience with the website.
71 percent are likely to recommend the website.
92 percent of respondents stated that it was very or somewhat easy to find the information they were looking for.
