R. Shawn Neville is group vice president of Retail Information Services for Avery Dennison Corporation. He was appointed to his current position in June 2009.

In his role, Mr. Neville is responsible for leading the global Retail Information Services businesses and management teams, and developing and executing strategies and programs to promote growth and profitability. He also explores new markets and business opportunities in which to develop Retail Information Services as a more prominent supplier to the global retail apparel and footwear industry.

Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Mr. Neville served as chief executive officer of Boathouse Sports, a team apparel company. Prior to that, he was president of the Keds division of Stride Rite, a leading global footwear retailer and wholesaler. He also served as chief executive officer of Footstar’s athletic retail division and has held a number of senior positions with Reebok International. Mr. Neville has had experience in the consumer products division of Procter & Gamble, and in point-of-sale operations with Visa USA.

Mr. Neville earned his BSBA degree from the University of Denver.
