Diane B. Dixon is senior vice president of Corporate Communications and Advertising for Avery Dennison Corporation. She was named to her current position in December 2000. Ms. Dixon joined Avery Dennison in 1982 as director, Corporate Communications and was named vice president, Corporate Communications in November 1985. As senior vice president, Corporate Communications and Advertising, Ms. Dixon is responsible for the strategic direction and management of all aspects of corporate communications programs. Ms. Dixon is a member of the Board of Directors and chair of Women Leaders, United Way of Greater Los Angeles. She is a member of the Board of Directors for ALS of Greater Los Angeles; KCET; and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the executive committee of the Women’s Leadership Board of Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Ms. Dixon received her Bachelor's of arts degree in political science from the University of Southern California in 1973. |
