In our highly controlled film extrusion process, plastic polymer pellets are melted and shaped by an extruding device. What emerges is a thick sheet of film, which is then cooled to specific temperatures and, in most cases, stretched to reduce it to the caliper a specific application requires. The precision of the extrusion process gives each film material unique die-cutting and dispensing characteristics. |
