Gregory E. Temple is vice president, Global Operations and Enterprise Lean Sigma for Avery Dennison Corporation. He was appointed to his current position in April 2007. Mr. Temple joined Avery Dennison as vice president, Supply Chain, for Office Products North America in 2001, and was promoted to vice president, Supply Chain, Office Products Worldwide in 2003. Mr. Temple provides oversight for the Company's Operations and Supply Chain functions. In addition, he also oversees the talent acquisition, development and deployment of operations leadership across the Company. He is also responsible for the implementation of Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) across all functions of the Company as Avery Dennison pursues its Lean transformation. Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Mr. Temple served in a variety of operations, general management and international positions with The Clorox Company. Mr. Temple earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California. |
