Testimonials from our current and former Graduate Associates.

“The ECP Commercial program gives me the opportunity to work on a range of different marketing and sales projects and interact with colleagues from various functions. This allows me to develop important multidisciplinary skills and experiences. I also get to be part of a great team of colleagues who continuously provide me with support and guidance throughout the beginning of my career!”

Natalia Karavassilis, ECP Associate Commercial

“Working with the Product Management team gives me the opportunity to work with various business functions. I have learnt how crucial these inter-departmental interactions are for ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently. It also gave me the opportunity to meet many different people across the company and build my network. My colleagues and teammates have been very supportive since day one — no matter what their position in the company, everyone is willing to help and discuss new ideas you may bring in."

Zuzanna Kokot, ECP Associate Commercial

“The early career program is a great start for my development and my career. I’m given the responsibility for projects that have an impact on the company which makes sure you start learning from the very first moment. This very real work can put you out of your comfort zone but makes you learn hands-on. Avery Dennison has an open culture in a fast-paced environment which is great to work in and is something that makes me want to continue working here."

Hidde Van Der Horst, ECP Associate R&D

“The Early Career Program in Avery Dennison is a great experience in the european market. The knowledge to be acquired and the goals to be achieved are unique. Through a rotational two year program, Avery Dennison prepares its future leaders in a truly multicultural and multinational environment. From the very first interaction it is clear that Avery Dennison is an anthropocentric company which puts the safety and wellbeing of its employees as its first priority and subsequently I feel honoured and privileged to be a part of the team.”

Ioannis Feslioglou, ECP Associate Operations

“I could never have imagined to have such an importance from day one. Since the beginning I have been involved in several key projects for the company giving me the opportunity to constantly learn from high experienced leaders in the manufacturing industry. It’s just two year that I am working for Avery Dennison and I already had the chance to visit five different production plants around Europe building a strong network of relationships that will be crucial for my career development.”

Davide Monguzzi, ECP Associate Operations

“Exposure and flexibility are the two words I’d use to describe the ECP program. Since day one, I have been involved in large projects and day-to-day tasks which allow me to co-operate with all the departments of the company, giving me the chance to build a solid network and learn fast. Now, at the end of my first rotation, I can’t wait to start a new position in a different country, accept new challenges and enlarge my network even further. As a young graduate, this is one of the best chances to build a solid basement to your future career (and to learn a new language too, as I did with French!).”

Fabrizio Marongiu, ECP Associate Operations

“The Early Career Program is a fantastic opportunity to learn and discover different sides of the company. It is a chance to visualize what could be your career. Within the supply chain departments, I had the opportunity to experience the local and central businesses. As a young professional, to my opinion, the most satisfying of this program is the trust that the company gave me. It allowed me to take initiatives, to fail and to succeed. On top, I would like to add a particular point at the excellent atmosphere that you can find in this program and the great support from the hierarchy.”

Quentin Polet, ECP Associate Supply Chain

“The Avery Dennison Graduate Program provides a learning environment linking you to numerous functions and regions across the business. These platforms have allowed me to grow my network throughout Europe. Further, by engaging with multiple functions I have broadened both my technical and business knowledge. The program has exposed me to a diverse range of operations, people and working cultures. I look forward to applying these learnings and contributing to the results of the business.”

Alexander Stephanou, ECP Associate Operations
