The LEAD program is an accelerated growth career program that takes two years on average and emphasizes your experience in leadership and career development. The program aims at

When you embark on your journey with us, you will participate in a comprehensive onboarding program to learn about the company and all important areas of the organization. Depending on your chosen areas, you will make at least 3-4 rotations throughout the journey either within a functional area or across varying functions and build your job skills through on-the-job training, coaching, mentoring and continuous learning. You will agree on a course of learning goals and actions with your manager at the beginning of each rotation to help track your progress and steer your learning. At the end of each rotation, you will be assessed and discussed your achievements with your manager. You will also connect with your mentor who is a leader of the organization to set your career development goals and discuss it regularly. Towards the end of the journey, you will be assessed on your overall performance and planned on your next step of career.
Along the journey, you will be assigned self-learning courses to further enhance your job skills and leadership skills while also accessing other courses from various vendors such as MindGym, Harvard Business Publishing and LinkedIn covered by the organization. You will also pair with a buddy who is an associate to support each other throughout the journey.
