Mariana Rodriguez was named vice president and general manager of Avery Dennison Materials Group, Europe, Middle East and North Africa in 2025.
In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing the business’s growth strategy, meeting its short and long-term business, financial and operating objectives, and identifying and cultivating new revenue streams. Previously, Mariana was vice president and general manager, Performance Tapes, Europe, and vice president and general manager, Graphics Solutions North America.
Mariana joined Avery Dennison in 2006 and has held leadership roles across multiple Materials Group regions. In Label and Packaging Materials, Graphics Solutions and Performance Tape businesses, she served in supply chain, procurement, marketing and general management.
Mariana holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and has completed the Wharton Executive Education Advanced Management Program.
