Srikar Kasarla is the senior vice president and chief digital officer for Avery Dennison Corporation. He was appointed to this position in September 2025.
In this role, Srikar is responsible for leading the company’s digital ambitions, accelerating the growth of its existing digital products and solutions offerings, identifying new opportunities for expansion, and strengthening digital connectivity and data intelligence to unlock greater value for its customers and markets.
Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Srikar served as senior vice president and chief technology officer at Schneider Electric, where he drove the company’s digital transformation, building digital products that significantly grew its software and digital services revenue, while helping customers better meet their sustainability and efficiency goals. Over the past two decades, Srikar led and innovated in startups and large organizations, leveraging his deep experience in building and monetizing customer-centric and customer-facing solutions.
Srikar earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Madras.
