Shop stories

Jim and Starla Miller with Miller Decals shared their story with us, which was featured in this two-part video series in June (Part 1 and Part 2)with Wide Format Impressions. The Miller Decals story was also covered in October with Sign Builder Illustrated.
Atlantic Wraps, which started as a pinstriping shop to become a full wrap media business, had their story featured in the September issue of The Shop Magazine.
Get to know Alex Vazquez and his shop Beast Coast Custom. Big Picture Magazine profiled Alex and shared his shop’s story in their September-October issue and also online.

Detroit-area shop New Layer Customs shared with us their story and examples of their incredible work with Supreme Wrapping Film™, which was profiled in the October issue of Signs of the Times, with his Porsche wrap featured on the cover of this issue!
We interviewed Chicago Wrap to capture their story – from its earliest foundation to becoming the wrap and graphics leader in the Chicago area. Chicago Wrap’s story was published in the November issue of Graphics Pro Magazine.

Full color coverage

2024 Wrap Like A King winners were recognized in this January story with Signs of the Times Magazine.
Tesbros showed us their work with a Tesla in Supreme Wrapping Film Satin Jade, which was featured in the March issue of WrapFam Unleashed (page 62).
A story written for Vivas, Inc.’s incredible work with Sherman Elementary captured media attention across all the industry’s leading publications – including a March/April 2025 Best of Wide Format award with Big Picture Magazine.

VisionIt Media’s use of MPI 1105 for transit branding throughout Arizona captured the attention of WrapFam Unleashed (page 53) with a submission of their colorful work for the City of Sedona.
May welcomes boating season and Cleveland Wrap helped us with this Signs of the Times editorial by submitting two of their favorite boat wraps for us to feature in this issue.
Unlimited Wraps shared their full color work with Supreme Wrapping Film™ on a 2018 Ferrari 488 GTB, featured in the November issue of The Shop.
We worked with HDFive in 2024 to capture and promote their story and use of Avery Dennison films for their work with sports and race cars, which was covered by Signs of the Times. Sister publication Big Picture Magazine showcased their work in November 2025 - including a cover shot for the shop!

Noteworthy initiatives

Avery Dennison professional trainer and Lettering Express owner, Charlie Trujillo, shared his incredible use of MPI 1105 and SC950 cut vinyl films to create window graphics for Boomtown Creamery. Our story of his work was featured in the May issue of WrapFam Unleashed (page 18) and also the May/June issue of Big Picture Magazine.
Chicago Wrap’s work with Avery Dennison MPI 1105 and the Skin Cancer Foundation, helped launch this year’s mobile screening unit, of which Avery Dennison was a sponsor. Check out the coverage featured here from May’s Wrapper Mapper post.
Fantasea Media Inc. helped us profile their use of Avery Dennison films for this Peterbilt tow truck build, which was featured in April’s Big Picture Magazine and also covered in The Shop (June).
Repros, Inc. of Cleveland helped Avery Dennison with the sponsored student design and bus wrap contest with Laketran and Mentor High School, with extensive June coverage, including this article in Window Film Magazine.
