What's the best career decision you've ever made?
One of my most important career decisions was joining a large international organization, which pushed me to continue developing both personally and professionally.
Another key milestone in my career was earning my Master’s in Human Resources Management in 2025. I originally began my Bachelor’s Degree intending to become a physical education teacher, so this represented a significant and meaningful shift.
Equally important is my current role, where I have realized that working with people is the direction I want to pursue.
As you think about the next steps in your career, what are the most important actions you plan to take?
Looking ahead, I want to continue developing and strengthening my skills in the production area, particularly in operations related to packaging lines and cutting machines. Improving my language skills is also a priority, as it will support communication with international service centers and foreign customers.
In addition, I plan to further develop my process management skills. My goal is to provide stronger support to the team during daily operations and continuously improve how we work together.
What do you enjoy most about the work you do?
I enjoy that my work is concrete and results-oriented. I know what needs to be done and I can clearly see the outcomes of my efforts. I also value the strong sense of teamwork. In production, everyone depends on one another and when each person does their part, the work runs smoothly.
The greatest added value of working at Avery Dennison is the people.
