Employee Driven Programs

 

Our employees advance our community investment efforts through their own giving and volunteerism. Across the globe, Avery Dennison employees are supporting their communities in numerous ways. Visit our blog and LinkedIn for highlights.

Granting Wishes

ADF’s Granting Wishes program awards $10,000 donations to employee-nominated NGOs around the world. Organizations can focus on causes outside of ADF’s primary pillars. To complement funds, employees also organize volunteer days with their colleagues to support the organization.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

ADF works in partnership with the company’s regional DEI councils and employee resource groups to identify organizations that align with and address regional DEI priorities and challenges.

Disaster Relief

 

Avery Dennison employees stand together in times of crisis, and while we can’t predict the next crisis or disaster, we can be prepared to respond and offer aid. Guided by the Avery Dennison Foundation, we understand the best response to crisis and disasters is to support local experts. Avery Dennison Foundation partners with GlobalGiving to support emerging needs in-country and provide employees with a way to support affected colleagues.

We all feel very honored to partner with ADF and its grant to Ascendance which will develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills among youth in Malaysia. The Foundation is really something very unique about Avery Dennison and demonstrates how much the company cares about the community.
